OUT SOON: "Elysian Drift"
2026 sees the release of the new Nicolas Meier World Group album, Elysian Drift, featuring his regular collaborators, Demi Garcia Sabat (percussion), Richard Jones (violin) and Tom Mason (bass) with the band expanded to include Alex Hutton on piano and Randolph Matthews on vocals. Special guest José Almarcha also appears on flamenco guitar. Across twelve original compositions, the album blends jazz, world music, infectious grooves and virtuosic improvisation, creating a dynamic and richly textured sound. A UK and European tour is planned in support of the release.
